Sofia Scotford Knitwear sells digital knitting patterns.

All patterns purchased on www.sofiascotfordknitwear.com may not be shared, copied or used for resale. Likewise, finished knitted product must in no way be intended for resale, or used in commercial contexts.

Address and email informations

Please make sure, that you give the correct email address, when placing an order. If the email address provided is incorrect, you will not receive an order confirmation or your download links. 

 

Order confirmation
Upon order completion you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have given. If you do not receive this order confirmation, please contact me at sofia.scotford.knitwear@gmail.com.

 

Payment
Sofia Scotford Knitwear accepts payment with payment cards, credit cards and PayPal. All given prices on the website are incl. VAT.

Payments to Sofia Scotford Knitwear are processed through a secure payment server that encrypts all information using an SSL protocol, which means that your data is safe and secure and cannot be read or accessed by third parties.

 

Delivery
All patterns are digital files in PDF-format. You will receive a download link shortly after the payment has been made. Check carefully that you give the correct email address in your order to receive the file.

 

Right of cancellation for digital products
There is no return policy for digitally delivered knitting patterns. When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void.

 

Personal data
The data controller for the collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer consents otherwise, the seller may, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, only collect and store the personal data necessary for fulfilling the obligations under the agreement. The buyers personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if it is necessary for the seller to fulfill the agreement with the buyer or in cases required by law.
