About
Aster Silk Top is a lightweight top featuring a delicate textured pattern created with knit and purl stitches. The pattern is worked from charts in combination with written instructions.
The top is worked top down. First, the yoke is worked in the round while increases are made to shape the shoulders. The work is then divided and the front and back are worked separately back and forth on circular needles. The front and back are joined below the armholes, and the body is then worked in the round on circular needles. Finally, stitches are picked up around the armholes and a knitted edging is worked.
Please note that the pattern placement may vary slightly between sizes, as the pattern has been individually adjusted for each size.

Aster Silk Top is designed with approximately 2–5 cm [¾–2 in] of positive ease. Measure yourself before starting to determine which size will fit you best. The finished garment measurements can be found on the front page of the pattern.
For example, if your bust circumference is 89 cm [35 in], add 2–5 cm [¾–2 in] of positive ease = 91–94 cm [35¾–37 in]. In this case, you should choose size 2, which has a bust circumference of 93 cm [36½ in].
